Product Description
For a portion of the share price, Instalment MINIs offer investors the potential economic benefits for dividends, franking credits and capital appreciation as if they owned the shares. At maturity, investors can pay a Final Instalment to receive the shares, roll into a new Instalment MINI series or walk away from the investment receiving the residual value. As with any investment that offers the potential for profit there is a corresponding potential for loss. You should appreciate and understand all of the risks before investing in this product. Please see the relevant PDS for further details.
Investors in CitiFirst instalment warrants (including SFI, reset and instalment MINI warrants) should note that from 5 October 2021 they will not be able to defer the payment of their final instalment (at the maturity of the warrant) by rolling into a new series of instalment warrants, unless they are a ‘wholesale client’ under the Corporations Act.
